Registration is now open!

All attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.

Please read through the registration instructions carefully before registering.

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please register early and pay by the deadline.

Registration fees are VAT 0%, no VAT will be added.

Please note that costs for travel and insurances are not included in the registration fees.

Ice breaking party on Sunday

Accompanying person fee 140 € includes Ice Breaking party and Conference Dinner.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the congress in euros (EUR). When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email. Please note that invoicing will end two weeks prior to the event.

If you wish to have certain items (such as dinner or excursion) paid separately, please contact: to arrange for booking and payment of these additional extras.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    At the end of the registration form, you will be given three alternatives for payment:

    1. Credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
    2. Pdf-Invoice. You will receive an invoice to your e-mail. Invoice payment to be made by bank transfer.
    3. E-Invoice for Finnish organizations only. E-invoice fee is 15 EUR

    Note!

    • All payments must be made free of banking charges
    • Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    All cancellations and changes must be made in writing (email) to Talo Events Congress Office

    If a cancellation of registration is received by June 15, 2024, a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after June 16, 2024.

    Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded. Please note also, that the fees are payable even if you cannot make the conference. All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable, unless the presenter status is transferred to another registered participant by informing . The registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation.

      CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

      If you require a certificate of attendance from your conference participation, you can request it from the conference organizers during the event at the registration desk. Certificates will not be sent or provided automatically, so be sure to collect yours at the conference venue.

       

      VISA INFORMATION

      Visa information and visa application forms can be found on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland website.

      If you need an invitation letter to apply for your visa, please send your request to  after you have registered to the conference and paid the registration fees. We only provide invitation letters to registered participants.
