Posters and Late posters

Posters will be presented in three different sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday near and in the exhibition area (level 1). Poster presenters are requested to present their poster by attending their poster during the poster session. Posters not removed by closing time will be removed by the organisers, and cannot be retrieved later.

Oral presentations

The oral presentation time is 12+3 minutes (12 min presentation and 3 minutes for discussion). We kindly ask the presenters to keep to the allotted time to allow all session presenters equal time for their talk. The presentations computers have Microsoft Windows as their operating system and the presentation files should be either MS PowerPoint (preferred) or PDF files. If your presentation contains videos or animations, we strongly recommend testing your presentation at the speaker ready room, and during the break before the session.
